Barnaby is 3


This little man came to see me with his Mum and Dad and gorgeous pooches at my Christmas minishoots, and it was so lovely to see him again for a family shoot to celebrate his third birthday. We went on a beautiful woodland walk in a wonderful woodland setting, complete with wellies and birthday balloons and had the best time exploring! Outdoor shoots don't involve posing. there might be a little bit of gentle direction here or there (i.e. "lets go see what's in this stream" or "I bet you couldn't climb on that stump!"), but this really is about capturing your little one's natural character. Running shoots in this way really enables children to relax and have fun, and if they are relaxed then the parents relax... plus we get some great shots. Its a win, win!
